Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

A child’s place in the Let’s Get Prepped Prep Readiness Program is confirmed once payment for the term has been received. Places are limited to ensure small group learning.

2. Payment

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the term to secure your child’s place in the program.

3. Absences

If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session, a make-up session may be offered in another available group within the same week, subject to availability.
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are dependent on space in another session. Missed classes are not refundable.

4. Public Holidays

Classes follow the school calendar and are not held on public holidays. If a scheduled session falls on a public holiday, children are welcome to attend another available session within the same term. Families are asked to notify Let’s Get Prepped in advance so an alternative session can be arranged. Public holiday make-up sessions must be used within the same term and cannot be transferred to a future term.

5. Illness

Children who are unwell should not attend sessions. Please notify us if your child will be absent due to illness.

6. Behaviour and Participation

Let’s Get Prepped aims to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children. If a child is unable to participate safely or respectfully within the group setting, parents may be contacted to discuss appropriate next steps.

7. Program Changes

Let’s Get Prepped reserves the right to make minor adjustments to session scheduling if required.

8. Liability

All reasonable care will be taken to ensure a safe learning environment. However, Let’s Get Prepped accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage occurring during sessions except where required by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during enrolment will only be used for communication and administration relating to the program and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Arrival and Collection

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected promptly at the scheduled session times.

11. Home-Based Learning Environment

Sessions are conducted in a home-based learning environment. Parents acknowledge that while reasonable care and supervision are provided, the program operates within a private residence.
